I'm so thankful for the journey that's brought me here.
My STORY
I'm so thankful for the journey that's brought me here.
If you had told me seven years ago that fitness and nutrition would become such a big part of my life, or that I'd someday be helping other women on their own health journeys, I probably would have laughed.
I'm an introvert at heart, and putting myself out there has never come naturally to me. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the dental industry. It was all I'd ever known, and while I loved the people I worked with, I eventually realized I wanted something more. I just wasn't sure what that looked like. At the same time, I was struggling with my own health, confidence, and relationship with food. I felt disconnected from myself and frustrated by the constant cycle of trying to get healthy, falling off track, and starting over.
I knew something needed to change. I just didn't know where to begin.
And then one day, I decided to try something different. I decided to start showing up for myself.
IT’S about SO MUCH MORE THAN THE PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION
What started as a personal fitness journey slowly became something so much bigger. For the first time, I was building consistency, following through on promises I'd made to myself, and discovering what my body was capable of.
Yes, I started seeing physical changes. But the biggest transformation was in how I felt. I felt stronger. More confident. More capable. And for the first time in a long time, I started feeling like myself again. I became fascinated with how much nutrition, movement, and mindset affect our overall well-being. That curiosity eventually led me back to school to become a Certified Nutritionist.
What began as something I was doing for myself turned into an opportunity to help other women experience those same changes.
And I absolutely loved it.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of women build healthier habits, discover their strength, and feel more confident in their bodies. But somewhere along the way, my perspective began to shift.
A NEW CHAPTER, A SIMPLER APPROACH
Life has a way of reminding us what really matters.
The past few years have brought growth, changes, challenges, and some incredibly difficult seasons. Through it all, I've learned that taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean doing more, pushing harder, or getting everything right. In fact, sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is simplify.
I've learned that fitness doesn't need to consume your life to be an important part of it. That nutrition doesn't have to be complicated to be effective. And that consistency isn't about being perfect. It's about finding a way to keep showing up for yourself, even when life looks different than you expected.
Today, as a Certified Nutritionist and Certified FASTer Way Coach, that's the philosophy I bring to the women I work with. I believe in strength training, nourishing your body, creating realistic routines, and building habits that support the life you want to live. But I also believe in enjoying dinner with friends, taking days off, making memories, and giving yourself grace when life gets messy. Because being healthy should add to your life, not take away from it.
My hope is to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident without the pressure of doing everything perfectly. No extremes. No all-or-nothing mentality. Just a simpler, more sustainable approach to taking care of yourself.
And if there's one thing this journey has taught me, it's that you're never too far along in life to begin a new chapter.
I'm so glad you're here.
