The New Client 3-Week Round is your introduction to the proven coaching methods I use with clients through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss.
This round focuses on efficient, home-based workouts that fit into your real life, paired with simple, whole-food nutrition strategies. You’ll learn how to fuel your body, understand your macros, and use intermittent fasting in a balanced, sustainable way that supports your energy, hormones, and confidence.
This is not a quick fix or extreme program. It’s a supportive starting point designed to help you build consistency, lose fat, gain strength, and move forward with a plan you can actually stick to. Perfect for women who want structure, accountability, and real results without restriction or burnout.
Simply nutrition
Private 1:1 nutrition coaching is available on a limited basis for women who need additional personalization or support beyond a group coaching environment.
While my primary coaching method is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, this option is best suited for those who are not ready for a structured fitness program or who require individualized nutrition guidance.
This approach focuses on mindful eating, balanced nutrition, and sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. No extremes, no pressure, and no all-or-nothing rules. My goal is to help you feel confident, energized, and supported in a way that feels realistic and empowering.
