  • You’ll begin with three weeks of guided group coaching designed to help you build consistency and confidence from day one.

    This includes regular check-ins through a private Facebook group or email to keep you supported, accountable, and motivated. Inside the group, you’ll receive daily education and weekly live trainings that break down the science behind the FASTer Way to Fat Loss in a clear, easy-to-understand way, so you’re not just following a plan, you actually understand why it works.

  • Exercise will always be a key component of any health routine.  At the FASTer Way, we offer short, strategic and effective workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home complete with modifications for those that need them. (A weight bench is recommended, but optional.)  Each day there is a new 25-40 minute workouts that fit your schedule, whether you prefer to exercise at home or in a gym. And don't worry, no boring cardio here—just dynamic, results-driven training that keeps you engaged.We strategically pair our workouts with certain nutrition days in order to maximize your fat burn. 

  • Learn how to fuel your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods  this isn't about deprivation—it's about nourishing your body in a way that works for your lifestyle, and it's actually VERY simple in a user friendly app! 

    We incorporate several key strategies:

    • Intermittent Fasting:  I will teach you everything you need to know about intermittent fasting when I welcome you into our group.  IF is simply an eating schedule.  We do not skip out on any food intake, in fact in most cases you will find yourself eating more than you are used to!   And yes, you can still have your coffee!   A program without coffee (or let's be honest, wine) is not a program for me!  Intermittent fasting is the first step in teaching your body to look for fat for fuel.

    • Carb Cycling:  Carb cycling is an intentional variation in carbohydrate intake.  We will incorporate two low carb days into the week.  Our main goal with carb cycling is to deplete our glycogen stores so once again our body has no choice but to look for fat for fuel.  We will eat a higher than normal amount of fat on these days to make up for the carb deficiency.

    • Macro Tracking:  We will track our food each day in your FASTer Way app! While I know this seems daunting to some, I give you all of my tips and tricks to make this process easy and intuitive.  Tracking ensures you hit the right amount of carbs, proteins, and fats throughout the day for your body to thrive and burn fat.  We also provide a full, optional meal plan at the FASTer Way that can be preloaded into the app for tracking purposes!

    Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or both. You’ll know exactly what to eat and how much to reach your goals with your customized macro plan. Plus you’ll receive weekly meal plans that can be followed as is, or used as inspiration.

  • The 3 week intro course is where we lay the foundation. We learn the basic fundamentals of your new healthy lifestyle. You will be feeling so energized. But this is just the beginning. You will have the opportunity to join my exclusive, VIP community where we continue to build and stay consistent. Real, sustainable results come with time & consistency. Your ongoing monthly membership will be filled with guest trainings, bonus resources, continued accountability and monthly pop-up challenges! But most importantly, you have the continued resources, coaching, & accountabiltiy to help you see your goals through. The cost of the monthly membership is $79 a month and you can cancel at any time (but you won’t want to).

  • I happen to weigh MORE now, then when I started my health journey, because my body composition has completely changed. When you join, I send you a new client assessment form where you will share your goals, habits and health history so we can craft your macros to perfectly match your goals! However, nutrition is 80% of the equation & our primary focus. The real magic happens when you make sure you are eating properly. Give it 6 weeks so I can show you just how effective scientifically proven nutrition and fitness can be when paired together correctly. With that being said, you can absolutely continue to do the workouts you love while taking advantage of my course for the nutrition aspect. You will still have great results.
